We pride ourselves on our workmanship. That is why we have a minimun 5 year labor warrany on every roof we install. This warranty can go up to 50 years on shingles.

Shingle Roofs
We have installed many types of shingle roofs in central Florida and the Brooksville, Spring Hill area over the years. The bottom line is GAF offers the best products and the best warranty going today. We are certified installers for GAF and as such we are able to offer their System Plus Warranty on shingle roofs. This warranty gives the single family detached residences owner a 50 Year 100% replacement on labor and material.  This warranty is included in all  the  GAF Timberline Lifetime High Definition Shingle Roofs installed by JK Johns Roofing And Sheet Metal,  Inc.
